Crocker Village is a new retail development infill project near downtown Sacramento consisting of 110,000 SF of shell construction with a range of tenant workletter conditions for 20 tenants. The project includes a 76,000 SF CMU shell building with 2 mid-major shell spaces and full tenant improvement build-out of a 55,000 SF Safeway grocery store. The project also includes 3 retail shop buildings housing 17 tenant spaces totaling over 34,000 SF.
