]]>The building structure consists of post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, light-gauge metal, and wood framing, while the exterior enclosure combines brick, stucco, metal panels, siding, and faux stone veneer. The project also includes space for future retail development.

]]>Market Club at the Mill is the mixed-use repurpose of an historic industrial building to accommodate 9,000 SF of new commercial tenant space and 14,000 SF of residential apartments on a 1.16-acre lot. The project includes a total of 21 apartments, including open-loft studios in the existing 2-story brick structure and modern studio and 1-bedroom apartments in the new 3-story addition.
