Now in its 48th year, the annual BD+C Giants list ranks the nation鈥檚 largest architecture, engineering, and construction firms across 25 building sectors and specialty categories. This year, a record 601 architecture, engineering, and construction firms participated in the 2024 survey.

The building structure consists of post-tensioned concrete, structural steel, light-gauge metal, and wood framing, while the exterior enclosure combines brick, stucco, metal panels, siding, and faux stone veneer. The project also includes space for future retail development.

Market Club at the Mill is the mixed-use repurpose of an historic industrial building to accommodate 9,000 SF of new commercial tenant space and 14,000 SF of residential apartments on a 1.16-acre lot. The project includes a total of 21 apartments, including open-loft studios in the existing 2-story brick structure and modern studio and 1-bedroom apartments in the new 3-story addition.
